1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tech101, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tech101. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on Tech101. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Tech101 cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

3. Course Access & Enrollment

Upon successful enrollment in a course or subscription to a membership plan, Tech101 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer course access to any third party. Access to specific course content may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of enrollment.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments on Tech101 are processed securely through our authorised payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• Membership plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans, provided you have not completed more than 20% of any enrolled course.
• Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once processed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on Tech101 — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, software, and the platform itself — is owned by Tech101 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without the express prior written permission of Tech101. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Tech101, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download course content or platform data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or Tech101 staff.

7. Termination

Tech101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason Tech101 deems appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any course content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law — shall remain in effect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tech101 platform and all content therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tech101 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Tech101 does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career results, or job placement as a result of completing courses or obtaining certifications on the platform. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
